Wow!!! A second posting in a week or so..... must be the snow that is falling causing me to stay inside and write!! Only a couple of more days until Christmas day. At least I have most of the presents purchased; wrapping is another story.... oh well.....probably gift bags and boxes!! Things are pretty slow around the office and probably will be until after the New Year. I am doing a lot from my home office in Saulnierville instead of traveling to the main office. It is amazing how computers have changed the way we work. I can accomplish almost as much.... and in most ways more.... from my home office as I would from the "base". And it is much more time efficient!
The main focus for me at this point is planning how best to market properties that are for sale in 2008! There is NO QUESTION (in my opinion) that the internet is THE most important marketing tool that is available to a real estate agent today!! When you consider that at least 75%-85% of ALL home buyers start their home search on the internet.... you had better have a great presence online!!! This is why I spend so much time working on my web presence.
My goal for 2008; is to have at least one of my three websites, always showing up on the first results page of most major search engines, when a search is made for Yarmouth, Clare or Digby Nova Scotia. real estate. In this way I can assure you, my clients that your property will be getting the maximum opportunity to be exposed on the World Wide Web!! Maximum exposure means maximum chances for sales!!
So..... This is my focus at this point!! And it seems to be working! My sites are ranking on that first page for most search results; which makes me and my clients happy!!
